RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your YBFF™ Skin Care online purchase, you may return it within 7 days of receipt. We give you 7 days as the results are visible immediately and you will know how much you love your YBFF™ products in that time frame.  Should you want to return a set or kit, or individual item, we require all contents from the original package. Partial items from a set or kit will not be refunded. Please follow the steps below to return your YBFF™ SKIN CARE online purchase. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.

  • Contact us via email at service@yourbff.comto arrange your return. YBFF™ SKIN CARE will not cover the return postage.
  • To prepare your return package, please fill out the Return Merchandise/Exchange section on the back of the invoice (enclosed in your original order) and place it inside the return package.
  • If you are returning or exchanging a gift, please check the box marked “Gift Return” on the back of the invoice.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please refer to Damaged Items

Please note that YBFF™ eGift Cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear. If damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, however, please contact us immediately at service@yourbff.com.

Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
